I got to it immediately with some cold water. It all disappeared except for one little spot I missed on the collar. I'm thinking that a little enzyme eating stain remover should do the trick. Lover your gingham shorts too btw!
Totally fine. I've had much worse mishaps back when I was in school involving exacto knives and metal rulers. Turns out the tip of your thumb will grow back! More than once!
No, the first time is a fluke- you have to do the same foolish thing twice to declare it time to retire. Or is that just me?

DeleteI have sewn the same seam the wrong way twice. When you realize your mistake the second time, that feeling is pretty undescribable.

DeleteA trick I learned from an internship with interior design sewer... suck it out. Something about your own saliva's enzymes takes it right out
